Malyce is an artisan meadery born in the caves of northwest Brussels and now nestled in the Be-Here building in Laken. Named in homage to Alice's mysterious reflection in Wonderland, Malyce crafts honey wines that invite you to follow the rabbit down unexpected flavour paths — from dry and floral to rich and complex. A proudly Brussels craft, rooted in the Urban Fermentory community.
